Why talk to a mechanic before you schedule service?

We know how hard it is to find a trustworthy mechanic and fair auto repair shop, so you might want to get to know us before you schedule service. We invite you to talk to our mechanic (in person or over the phone) to discuss the needs and challenges you have with your vehicle. You might even be wondering if it’s time to replace your vehicle. We would like the opportunity to get to know you, your concerns and goals for your vehicle. Talking is free!

A consultation is different than a scheduled service in that it is focused on conversation and does not include any testing and evaluation. Billing does not begin until your vehicle is signed in and we have our hands on it. Once we talk through what a good plan may be for your vehicle we can schedule service. This could include anything from basic maintenance to a vehicle inspection, or diagnostic testing and evaluation and repairs.
